Closest Resort to the ship (soft sand, 7 miles of clear turquoise water)

Cab Fares: a set flat fee of $5/pp so no particular advantage to share a cab.

CHAIRS & Umbrellas: Are first serve and our ship is the first one in that day (3 ships total 1 hour apart), so we should all be able to get something (if you get there early)

Loungers $12; Umbrellas $15 (Outside snacks/beverages not permitted)  Beach Cabana is $125 with 4 chairs & 4 loungers a table& shade.  (Can reserve/rent online about a month prior.) Pool Cabanas with loungers $75  Bring towel from the ship. Kayak or Paddleboard $25/hour

Info on Resort (from their site) Royal Palms is a family owned and operated restaurant bar and beach club that is proud to present a relaxed atmosphere where both locals and tourists alike can enjoy great food, service, and ambiance. Everyone is welcome to come to Royal Palms and relax on one of our oceanfront beach chairs and having a relaxing day to wind down in our 13 beach-front cabanas or 8 pool cabanas. Our large ocean-front beach club has a little something for everyone, from water sports and volleyball during the day to coastal cuisine, live music and dancing under the stars in the night.

FYI: There are a few other places on seven miles beach that rent chairs and umbrellas with food and drink.
