Meet & Greet (Celebrity Connections)

 

The "Meet and Mingle" is hosted by Celebrity Cruise line and their staff. It is also sometimes called the "Celebrity Connections Party" 

There is NO charge or expense to the cruisers.

When: It is typically mid morning of the first FULL day at sea. They will (should) have an invitation to it when you enter your cabin on embarkation….with the date & time. Would EXPECT it to be held on Monday, April 30  by 10:00am….but that is a "guesstimate" !

***My experience is that NOT everyone that signs up for the party gets an invitation.  But everyone is WELCOME to attend if you signed up!!!***

What occurs: Celebrity Guest Services staff provide Continental Breakfast (Coffee, Tea, Juice, Water, Donuts and Breakfast Pastries etc) and we put on name tags (TOO TINY TO READ…IMHO). They welcome us and tell us how much we are appreciated (etc). Then the last couple of cruises they left us to introduce ourselves ….and "mingle". 

They usually have a microphone, so we can take turns introducing ourselves by Avatar (CC name) and first names.  It is an additional way to meet people from the roll call.  Especially helpful to meet a private tour group (that was formed from the roll call members)
