• To fill out forms for the Russian Immigration and they are very strict about how they are filled out. Celebrity leaves a form in your room a couple of nights before you dock in Russia. They also leave a copy showing how to fill it in. If you make even the slightest mistake you have to fill in another form, available at Guest Relations. I made a mistake in my original one so had to go and get another form. No problem getting another form if this happens. Do not over write or cross out as they will not accept it. 

 

You also have to take your ticket, visa and confirmation from the private tour operator. We made sure we had printed copies of all our documents with us when we got off, even the ones they don't ask for. There was a meeting on board for all of those taking private tours which was most helpful. 

 

Just make sure you are at the debarkation gate really early, so that you are amongst the first off the ship. You need to ensure you are off before the Celebrity tours go through or else the queue will be dreadful through customs. (From Suzanne...Shoreham01)
